Returns:
ENVIRON and CACI PRODUCTS ONLY
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on ENVIRON and CACI products returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of PURCHASE date provided that the product(s) is in:
* original, unopened packaging
* re-saleable condition
We do not accept returns:
* after 14day from the date of purchase
* if the product has been opened
* if the product has been use.
Return Policy on ALL OTHER ITEMS (not including Environ or CACI)
Products are not offered on return basis.
However, products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 5 days of PURCHASE , provided that they:
* remain in the original, unopened packaging
* re-saleable condition
Products which are damaged in transit may be returned provided you notify us of the damage within 2 working days of delivery.
To arrange a return please email us at: rosezen.beauty@gmail.com (or use our contact form) with the reason for your return, name and item you wish to return.
When we approve your return you will receive a return address.
Then post the item back to us via a secure postage method in suitable packaging.
Refunds:
When you return a Product to us because you have ordered it in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within a reasonable time of the day you have sent us back the Products in perfect condition. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding the cost of sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
When you return a Product to us for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be borne by you.
If you would like to exchange a defective Product for new one instead of receiving a refund, please include this information in your return email.
